A: Theres no need to worry if you haven’t practiced meditation before. In my classes, creating a safe and supportive space for everyone is my top priority. I’ll guide you through each step of the process with care and understanding, ensuring that you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the session.
Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: Yes bring a bottle of water, a blanket and yoga mat if you would like to bring your own.
